Course Objectives The purpose of this course is to use the art of communication in the most effective way in every corner of life, to manage relations correctly, to manage dialogue and negotiations as an effective speaker, and to contribute to the mediator and conciliation processes on this ground.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Tell communication and techniques
  • Explain the skills necessary to be an active and deep listener.
  • Illustrate the issues of knowing and understanding people, managing relationships correctly and resolving conflicts.
  • Debate the methods of gaining and developing self-confidence.
  • Plan the correct ways of managing dialogue and negotiations as an effective speaker.
Course Description The course contributes to the methods of dialogue and negotiation management and dispute resolution in the light of the basic principles of communication.
